We are certified and insured, specializing in injuries, post-rehab, and
disabilities, including brain injuries, and great work outs for "Baby
Boomers!"

The type of training we do includes
Integrated Fitness and how each
part of the body connects to each other.  For instance:  poor
posture and shift in the pelvis
could possibly result in neck pain.

Do you know the muscles to strengthen
before and after knee
surgery?  We have been successfully working with people in
preparation for surgeries as well as helping those continue their
fitness education following physical therapy.  We teach you to
NOT to rely on us and learn exercises to help yourself and we give
you things to do between our sessions.  As a whole package, one's
recovery can go so much smoother when they continue to become
stronger both emotionally and physically.
