I have been passionate about fitness since I was 19 years old and began studying Tai-Chi and Chi-Kung which began my in-depth education of fitness and wellness. I am not only passionate about helping others to become healthier, but having a slight disability myself, I have enjoyed working with those who have injuries or disabilities; helping them to work on correct movement and techniques that are best for their bodies.
I love music, I love to dance and my favorite thing to do is Laugh! Be your biggest fan! My goal for myself and for others is to continue to seek a balance. It's important to know when to push ourselves and when to realize that we do have limitations and it's OK! The style of exercise we teach at Hart2Hart includes getting to know your body again with flexibility, cardio, strength training, and finding muscles you didn't know you had! Exercise should be fun as well as having healing qualities. I incorporate pilates core form, circulation and good old school floor exercises in my workouts. We re-learn how to walk and engage small muscles. A lifetime student myself, self esteem is a large part of fitness and I truly enjoy helping people to get healthy, feel good about themselves and getting past what holds them back!
