Jennifer Burgess is a certified and insured, personal trainer specializing in balance and movement perfect for disabled and post-rehab individuals. We enjoy teaching those to continue their fitness education once discharged from their physicians and physical therapists, after back surgery, rotator cuff, hip, knee replacements and stroke. Knowing how to strengthen muscles and tone your body is one thing ... knowing the inner working of your body and why is you are facing strains and ailments is another.
