Intro Session


Online sessions are available through monthly subscriptions designed to fit any lifestyle.

With your subscription you receive live 30-minute 1-on-1 online sessions with a Personal Trainer and customized programs designed for you to do on your own to help reach your fitness goals!


After your initial free LIFT Session you may choose from the following plans:

Four Online Sessions

Eight Online Sessions

per month

Subscriptions are month-to-month.   Sessions are also available on a individual basis with a pay per session.




Q:   How does it work?

A:    Clients are connected with trainers via Skype.  Once you sign up for your free session - you will recieve instructions on how to download skype (if you do not already have an account) and connect with your trainer at your scheduled time.


Q:   I don't know how to I choose my session?

A:    Following your initial free Session, we will assess your fitness level, goals and other specifics (e.g. injury history, gender preference, etc.) and recommend a training plan - Utlimately, this decision is up to you, your availability, etc.


Q:    Do I need to provide credit card information for my initial free Session?

A:     No, credit card information is not required until after you decide what plan is the right fit for you.


Q:   Can I change my plans month to month? 

A:    Absolutely.  Some may be a better fit than others, so we are more than happy to connect with you at anytime.


Q:   What happens to my unused sessions?

A:    Your unused sessions will expire at the end of the month, unless your session is cancelled or rescheduled due to a conflict from use.
